This is my first Friday participating in the Fix-it Friday at I ♥ Faces and I had a blast.

I started by adjusting the curve layer to brighten this little cuties eyes.Running the "Perfect Portrait" action by Coffeeshop allowed me
to add some smoothing to the skin and to brighten & whiten the eyes.
The last step was running a noise filter.

I again adjusted the curves layer to bring out his eyes and ran noise ninja.
After that I added dirt bag texture to the background. Coffeeshop perfect portrait action allowed me to adjust the skin slightly, highlight and brigten the eyes, and add vignetting.
The last step was running the In Faux Red action by Totally Rad Actions and lowering the opacity on this layer until I liked the results. I hope you do to.

Wow! I think the overall edit is good... but the eyes are a bit zombie-ish for me... maybe just a *tad* to much green...

Thanks Amanda for the comment on the eyes. I went back and tweaked the eyes a bit. Posted both to get opinions.
i swear your first edit and my first edit are almost identical - lol! i love your second one - the texture really adds to the shot!
