When I stopped designing it was with the intent of just taking a little bit of time to gain some balance in my life. I didn't mean to fall off the face of the planet.
Plus, I was having some major issues with my computer. You can't work on ideas if your computer is possessed!
Over the weekend my children pulled out every scrapbook I have ever made and showed them to their grandmother. They spent the longest time reliving some of their fondest memories and adventures. And that's when I remembered why I started scrapbooking to begin with--so that they could have moments like those. Moments when the memories are so fresh you can taste and touch them. I want some more of that.
